Subscription Policy

Some products in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how our subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel them at any time.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your selected product. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days, and the payment method you provided at checkout will be securely stored and automatically charged for each renewal. You'll be charged the same amount for each delivery, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or updated in advance.

Billing

Each subscription bills on a recurring 30-day cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your stored payment method every 30 days until you cancel. Before each renewal, we'll send you a reminder email so you always know when your next payment and delivery are scheduled.

Cancel Anytime, One Click

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no commitment. Cancellation takes effect for future renewals, so you won't be charged again once you cancel. To keep things simple, you can cancel in just one click using either of the options below:

If you cancel by email, please use the email address associated with your order so we can locate your subscription quickly. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure the change is applied before the upcoming charge.

Changes to Your Subscription

You can update your subscription at any time, including your delivery frequency, shipping address, payment details, or the products you receive. Use the subscription management link above to make changes whenever you like.

Refunds and Returns

For details on returns and refunds, please see our returns policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that has already been processed.
